I first read the included instructions that were in with the agitator kit and then went to work. Next I removed the 2 top peices from the agitator that reveiled the bolt that holds everything together. After removing the bolt everything came apart pretty easely. I then replaced the old warn down pieces with the new ones from the kit (making sure to spray some water resistant all-purpose grease on the new pieces) and proceded to put the agitator back in the drum and replaced the bolt. After replacing the 2 top pieces I did a test run and it worked like a champ. I was very pleased with the process of ordering this kit through PartSelect.com. I ordered the kit on the 14th of September and recieved it on the 15th of September. WOW! I have ordered many things off of the internet and have never had them be delivered the next day. The website was very easy to navagate through and I recieved an email with the FedEx tracking number that was very usefull in keeping track of my 1 day turnover time.
