took off the front panel of the dryer and then pulled
the drum out.. located the pulley and put belt around the pulley -- had a little trouble getting the
belt to stay around the pulley while we put the drum
back in - finally took a small flashlight and wedged it between the pulley and the vent and got the drum
in and put the front panel back on and it worked great
