Suspecting that it was a broken belt, we disconnected everything and opened the dryer to find that the belt was lying in the bottom of the unit (found when we were vacuuming dust out of the unit. We searched on line and found your company, easily locating the part and helpful input from others on completing the repair. Based on 2 other narratives, we managed to order the part and receive it the next day, and replace it the following day. Our dryer is working better than ever!
