Followed instructions that came with new element. Best part is I saved $$$$. Had this same part replaced 3 yrs ago by an appliance repair service. Charged me $125 for call charge and labor, Plus $69.99 for parts for a total of $194.99 plus Tax. By using PARTSELECT I did it myself in 10 minutes for less than $50. Enough said !!
