The top of the agitator did not turn.

The agitator was already apart. I had to see what was causing the problem before I ordered the parts.
I must say the parts came in record time!! A big help!
I just replaced all of the washers, clips and caps, put the bottom part of the agitator and the top part of the agitator together and placed them in the washer- Put the new washer on the screw-put the agitator in the washer, screwed it down with the wrench-placed the new ring on the agitator cap-snapped it in place-then snapped the very top-fabric softener dispenser into place and was ready to do tons more laundry.
