How do you remove the control panel
For model number JSP69WVWW
Hi Pam, thank you for reaching out. We have researched your model and attached a relevant video that might help you with your problem. We hope this is what you were looking for.
First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Connected wires ti new element and screwed in place. Very easy repair. Element expensive $75
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
