This drain hose is designed for use in dishwashers. After the wash cycle is complete the water need to leave the dishwasher, this drain hose it carries the dirty water from the drain pump to the kitchen sink drain. Because this part is made of plastic it can be damaged, which means you will need to check this part if you notice any leaks coming from your appliance. This hose is approximately five feet long, and it includes one o-ring. Before you begin repairing your dishwasher you need to unplug the appliance and shutoff the water supply.
