This OEM Oil Seal has an O.D. of 2 inches and is designed for use in over 150 models of small engines. It is made of durable black rubber, is not part of a kit or assembly, and is sold individually. It is found on the crankcase opening, where the crankshaft is. When this part is malfunctioning, you will notice leaking oil. If the Seal is worn or damaged, it will need to be replaced.
