Exterior appearance and dimensions are identical to the original. It produces a lot of sparks when run unloaded for the first time. Hopefully that will reduce as the brushes wear in.

Alignment of motor in housing & reconnecting electrical leads
Systematically dismantled housing, disconnected motor electrical, remove motor & gear. Reassemble in reverse order.
