Wrong part sent and customer service didn't care
I ordered a glass cooking tray for my microwave, but was sent a heating coil for a stovetop. When I called customer service to have it corrected I was put on hold, not given a reason for the wrong part being sent, and just given a refund and asked to ship the part back . Person I spoke with couldn't care less and didn't even ask if I wanted the correct part to be ordered and sent (I had to prompt).
