How does this tool work as I can not see any latches or screws to take the double wall oven out

Hello Doug, thank you for reaching out. The tool, part number PS978753, is designed to fit into the hole in the door handle and allow for easy removal and replacement of the handle. Locate the mounting holes on the back of the appliance and attach the tool using the appropriate screws. We hope this information helps!

How to use parts # 318246702 and 318246703 to remove microwave from cabinet?

Hello Grigory, Thank you for contacting us. This requires two people to do this safely. To remove the microwave open the door and locate the two holes on the side frame. Insert the tools into both holes at the same time and pull the oven towards you. We hope this helps.
