water keeps pooling in the bottom of the fridge, under the crisper drawers. on Setting 2, as level as possible. Anything i can do?

Hi Ina, thank you for reaching out. The front of the appliance should be slightly higher then the front. Not enough to be noticeable when just looking at the appliance but enough for the door to close automatically. Also we suggest checking the drain hose, pipe and screen are clear and not blocked preventing the defrost cycle water from draining into the evaporator pan below the appliance.
