Dryer takes twice as long to dry clothes. The Flame doesn't stay on long enough. Already have replaced gas coils and thermostat and had vent cleaned. Any ideas??????
For model number WGD5300VWO
Hi Julia,
Thank you for your inquiry. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the thermal fuse, the coils, the radiant flame sensor, the belt, the lint filter and the high limit thermostat. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I have replaced the thermal fuse, the coils, the radiant Flame sensor. The belt and lint filter are ok.The dryer is still taking twice as long to dry clothes.Could it be the gas value? Is there a way to test the gas value to see if it is working? Thank you.
For model number WGD5300VW0
Hi Bob, Thank you for the question. I first suggest testing the Thermostat,PartSelect Number PS11745959 for Continuity with a Multi Meter. Normally if the Valve was defective it would let out no gas so you would not have heat at all or you would have a low flame. Hope this helps!
