Suddenly the fridge will not cool. Both freezer and cooler sides. How can i identify the culprit?
For model number ZFSB23DNDSS
Hi Skip,
Thank you for your question. Where the refrigerator and the freezer section are too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the temperature sensor, the defrost thermostat, the evaporator fan motor, the dc condenser fan motor, the evaporator fan blade, the dispenser door assembly or flapper and the door gaskets. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My compressor reads 6.5 ohms on all three pin combinations. Is that normal for this compressor? Vcc3 replacement kit; part number wr87x10111
For model number ZISS420DRISS
Hello hlhgxu and thank you for writing.
You should have an infinite OL resistance to ground. A shorted motor will read 0 ohms across windings, to ground, or both. If it's both, you'll need to replace the compressor PS967836. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Checking unit found compressor not running along with condenser fan motor also not running, checked output from mother board to inverter found 12 volts DC going to inverter. Is compressor bad? Or inverter?
For model number ZISS420NXASS
Hello Raymond, Thank you for the question. It should be 115-125 volts, we suggest replacing the Inverter. We hope this helps!
My refrigerator is leaking water inside and settling at the bottom. There is no running water going to it so it must be some type of condensation water. What could it be ? thanks
For model number GE Model PSC25MGTBWW
Hello Richard, thank you for your question. Most of the time, when water is pooling at the bottom it is because of a blocked drain tube, or extra ice build up which is causing more water to defrost. We would recommend checking the drain tubes for clogs, and if they are clear, remove the back of the freezer and check the evaporator coils for ice buildup. If there is lots of frost or ice there could be an issue with the defrost system, which would be parts like the defrost heater, defrost thermostat, the evaporator fan motor or the temperature sensor. I hope this helps!

My refrigerator is “running” all the time -what do i do?
For model number ZISS420DRSS
Hello Brian, thank you for inquiring. This could be due to a faulty Temperature Sensor, part number PS304103 for your model. You may also want to consider replacing the Condenser Fan Motor part number PS1483567 to fix this. Good luck with your repair!

Hello I believe I have a bad compressor and get a reading of 7.4 ohms between the three pins. It also gets very hot around 130 degrees or more. Does this mean it's bad?
For model number PVS21KSEBFSS
Hello Jon, thank you for your question. The lowest reading should be below 10 ohms (this is the run winding). The second highest reading should be about 2-4 times higher than the lowest reading (this is the start winding). It's normal for this temperature to be as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit, but it should never be higher. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
