Drawer slider rail bracket broke
I ordered a left side slider for the crisper door of my G.E. refrigerator.
II gave you the model and serial #. You sent me the wrong slider. '
shipping to me was $7.95, to return was another $9.90. I am very disappointed with your service.
The slider is not fixed yet; I am having it repaired thru the AHS. as I won't take a chance that you would send me the wrong item again.

I feel that you should have absorbed the shipping fee, as it was your error.

The bucket slide on left side had broken.letting bucket drop down.
I am a 64 year old woman.I will 65 in March. I do the plumbing and painting at our house and my husband who is 67 does the carpenter work, I help him by holding boards he is sawing etc. I though the job would be easier than it was, but it was still easy. I took out the first screw which was in plain sight, secound screw I could not get to, and thought oh no I will have to take some other things apart. but when I removed the screw to the ice maker shield it was easy to slide it down out of way, and I got to 2nd screw pretty easy, I removed 2nd screw put new slide in place put screws in place started 1 st screw, then 2nd screw then went back and tightened 1st and 2nd screw, put the ic maker shield back in place tightened the screw slide ice bucket back in place, and though now this will be ready for company coming for the Holidays.... YEAH....

Defrost cycle failed, Defrost heat element burned out
A few years ago, the evaporator coils in the freezer started icing up. The defrost cycle had failed. The element was still working, so I was able to manually defrost by jumping the defrost element from the board (NOT recommended). After the defrost element burned out, I was stuck with defrosting manually using a hairdryer. Given this unit does not have the old-fashioned traditional defrost timer, and since I couldn't find any good information about the electronics back then, it appeared from my research I would have to spend nearly $200.00 for a new circuit board. Recently after discovering PartSelect, I was able to diagnose the failed defrost thermostat, ordered it and the defrost heat element, received them quickly, replaced them in less than a half hour, and now my fridge is like new!! Excellent site, PartSelect!!! Also, the Ice bucket glide was a simple replacement (of a broken glide) with two screws using a nut driver. Easy fix.
