When washing machine is on the drain spin cycle it goes out of balance unless I reposition clothes inside the drum

There is a banging sound when load is washing... heavier the load the louder the bang. are suspension arms loose is there spring to replace ?? thanks for your help merv

Thank you for your question. If there is a banging sound in your washer when the clothes are washing, then the part that fixes the issue the majority of the time is the inner tub drive with bearing, part number PS961033. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
