House cleaner removed the burner knobs while cleaning and obviously damaged 1 of them. It appears that the removable plastic "mounting" apparatus is damaged/missing some type of lining that holds the knob on securely. Do i have to buy and entire knob? Leigh zimmerman 864-918-1242

Hello Leigh, thank you for inquiring. This Cooking Area Knob is the correct replacement for your model. You would need to purchase the entire Knob to fix what you describe. If you also require the Ring for it, it is part PS8727458.

The knob has a half circular metal piece that clamps it on the stem. I am missing one of these. Do i really have to order the entire knob just for the small metal piece?
