Does this engine cover include the pull start rope and start spring?

Hi Paul, Thank you for the question.This assembly includes one durable red plastic cover, starter pulley, pull rope with a grip handle and the hardware to secure it.Good luck with the repair!

Does the 753-05660 engine cvr rear come with the recoil spring?
