Just get the part
The bracket that this screws into came apart..the nut broke off the bracket. I thought that a little JB weld would be enough to hold it since this thumb screw actually holds it in place. Anyway the JB weld ended up sticking the old thumbscrew to the bracket and I had to Dremel the bolt to get the filter housing off. Every 20 minute project is a broken, or JB welded, bolt away from a 3 day ordeal. So don't get the JB weld out, just order the part since all I really needed was the bracket. Until I had to destroy my old thumb screw. This part worked perfectly.
