How long is the cable? I bought one online and it is about 3” too long. The auger cable was perfect. Could I use an auger cable for a drive cable? Thanks.

Hi Margot, Thank you for your question. The length of the cable is 35 inches. The length of the cable and spring end is 37 inches. The total length with both ends is 43 inches. It is recommended to use the correct drive cable for your snow blower.
