Spider Bushing Specifications

This rubber and plastic spider bushing is a genuine OEM part for various makes of log splitters and is sold as an individual part. Measuring at approximately 2-inches by 2-inches, this bushing is attached to the motor or drive shaft and is used to support the rotating shaft and other components, all while allowing smooth rotation and proper alignment. The spider bushing rides between the couplings, connecting the engine and the hydraulic pump. If you notice excessive vibrations from the motor, check the drive motor shaft for a cracked bushing or couplings, since they work together and are often replaced at the same time.
