Does the replacement housing rewind
Starter, part no 692144 include the pulley spring assembly pulley and spring

The starter part number for that unit is PS8982425 (manufacturer's part number 499706). This part would include the pulley, spring, and rope/handle assembly. Essentially the whole starter.
