Got an email when I ordered trying to verify the part because it's not ordered often. I had already done a bunch of research to make sure I was getting the right thing. But I was right and it works exactly as it should after the plastic piece that holds it in place broke off of the previous part. Lawnmower is easy to use now.

Cable was broke.
Pushed the cable through the engine mount.Connected the cable to the engine slider. Pulled cable through the previous tie down connected to the lower end of the bar. Attached the connector on the cable to the hole in the lawn mower bar near the top of the bar.. Attached the top end of the cable to the on/off bar where you push the mower.
