There is a plastic or rubber oval shaped grommet/washer on the cable in between the spring and the section that attaches to the deck. It is basically used to take up space. Does this item have a part number? Can I purchase only this plastic or rubber grommet/washer? My blade engagement cable is missing this piece but is otherwise fine. Please let me know. Thank you

The blades don't stop spin when it is disengage.
