Is it possible to get blower housing/shrouds, rewind with all the necessary parts already installed and just ready to install on the engine?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately no, you would have to get the parts separately and then install them yourself. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
Looking at part 490817 Spacer-rewind, does this install on top of the pull string? What is it made of?
