Signs of a broken return pipe include rough idling, difficulty starting the engine, or an abnormal fuel smell. The pipe has a diameter of 6mm, an inner diameter of 3mm, and a length of 60mm. A malfunctioning pipe can result in fuel leakage, which poses a fire hazard and can cause engine damage. To replace a return pipe, ensure that your machine is turned off, cooled down, and the spark plug is disconnected. Find the return pipe with the help of your user manual, typically connected to the primer assembly along with two other pipes.
