This inlet cover is designed for use with handheld lawn and garden equipment and is located wherever the impeller for your blower is. This inlet cover is a genuine OEM part that features a grill in the middle to allow for free airflow for the impeller and intake of your blower and is made of plastic. Measuring approximately 15-inches in length by 2-inches on one side, 3 on the other, and 5.5 in the middle, this inlet cover can be easily replaced and simply snaps on and off, without the need for tools.

Perfect fit, great price, I am pleased!
I got this Toro leaf blower/vacuum unit from a neighbor, but it was missing the inlet piece. So I needed to find the inlet cover. The PartSelect website was very easy to navigate to locate the part.
For the install, the Toro unit has a vacuum attachment clip that is part of the unit itself, but is not the same clip needed for the cover inlet. When I attached the "snout", the clip for the inlet was part of the snout piece, so it went together very nicely. Yeah, I'm a weekend warrior type, not into mechanical things. I almost had the duct tape out... :)
Anyway, the price was very low (a good thing), many places have the part prices much higher, and a lot of parts shops don't carry it at all.
PartSelect got the part to me very quickly, just ahead of a snowfall that would have buried the leaves.
I'm very pleased with my shopping experience, and will use them again.
