We dropped an item that cracked the glass on our cooktop. Are there any other parts or accessories that we need to order for us to make the repair? The functionality of the cooktop was not impaired and we still use the cooktop except for the burner where the object fell.

Hello Ray, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part number of the cook top in white is PS8768851. The cook top in black is part number PS8768850. Please be careful using the cooktop at this time as the heat can cause further damage in the cracked ceramic. Good luck with your repair!

We need to replace our cracked cooktop on the above referenced model number. Jec4430bs00. It seems that the part number would be either w10622119 or w10622120. I am looking for a black 5 burner cooktop with a silver trim. Could you advise me if either of these part numbers are correct or is there another part number that i need? Than you
