power to the circuit board machine will not turn on in any cycle

Hi David, thank you for reaching out. We have researched and found that the issue is with the door lock, part number PS3497627. It prevents the washer lid from opening during the wash cycle and spin cycle. You may need to replace the door lock to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
I start my washer and it starts to sense the load then shuts off. Is the control panel the problem ?

Hi Joyce, thank you for your inquiry. First, you may need to make sure that the lid is closed properly. Also, make sure there is no issue with the water supply to the washer. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS8768880, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced.
