This water softener was installed around 2018 and it is a seasonal cottage that is drained and shut down in the fall. The water softener worked at the time we shut it down and drained the tank. When I ran the water and plugged in the softener I did not get a display on the circuit board, no fault codes or anything. I checked and I have power at the input and the output plug has power in that, just nothing on the digital display. I spoke with a technician and she agreed that likely the control board was faulty. Now before I spend over $360.00 for this 2"by aproximatly 5" board. what else can I check to be sure the control is the problem.

Hi
My water softeners control panel when I enter the mode section nothing happens. No indicator light on the left-hand side of the panel is not working. My water softener was installed in 2018 is there anything I can do or is the control not functioning because it’s wore out, which seems unlikely because, the only time I ever used it was when I added salt
The only thing that’s working on the panel is the counting down in the days
