I have a GE brand double door refrigerator and the top plastic turn cover had broken. I couldn't find the replacement part so I called and I got excellent help. I took a picture of the broken area on top of the fridge and sent it to the sales rep helping me. She was able to find the exact part I needed. She was great! She not only was able to find the right part, but I had wanted a left and right side replacement part b/c I figured that the other side would break too. I was able to remove the old piece and put the new one on in about 15 minutes. It took me only a few minutes to figure out how it went on. I never looked at the instructions, I didn't need to. It was easy to figure out without them. I was pleased with the service and the help I got finding the right item.
