the two small black strips with small bearings on the freezer upper drawer slide..how do you properly install them?
For model number PWE23KSDFSS
Hi Jerry, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you may need to follow these instructions to install these bearings. These may not be of the same model, but will help you with the installation. To install a slide bearing, you may follow the following steps: open the freezer door, then pull the upper drawer forward and tilt up and out to remove it. Remove the lower drawer by pushing it back slightly, then tilt the front up and out. Using a nut driver, remove the screws holding the door. Tilt the door forward and lift up and out. Use a screwdriver to remove the retaining screws for the slide rail. Remove the slide rail from the freezer. Each drawer rail has three slide bearings that press into place. Use a screwdriver to lift up on the end and then carefully push out the bearing. To install the new slide bearing, simply align it with the rail and then push it in until you hear it click into place. Once the new bearings are in place position the drawer slide rail against the wall of the freezer, then thread in and tighten the retaining screws. We hope that helps!
