Ice build up in trough tray in refrigerator section
For model number GNE26GSDCSS
Hi Mahendra,
Thank you for your question. The ice build-up in the trough is likely caused by food debris that has clogged the drain preventing water from draining. The water will build-up and over time will freeze if the refrigerator is cold enough. You will need to melt the ice with some warm water and clean the drain. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My 10 year-old refrigerator occasionally leaks water in way of the two front feet. It pools at the feet. It just started to occur and happens once every few days. I don't think it is from the freezer door seal. Is this a recognized problem for this model? What is the cause?
For model number PWE23KSKBSS
Hi ED, thank you for reaching out. A blocked defrost drain is the most likely cause of the water leakage around the front feet. If it is fine, the issue could be with the freezer drain trough, part number PS8758285. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Does the drain pan need to be emptied and does it come out from the back?
For model number GFE27GMDDES
Hello Brian, thank you for your question. Drain pans can accumulate condensation, but the condensation liquid evaporates as the refrigerator runs. It is not necessary to empty it on a regular basis. Here is a link to our repair video that shows the process of removing the Drain Pan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2o7SK-9x57M. I hope this helps!

Bottom freezer unit is leaking water, is there a drain where this water goes? Where does the water go after it drains out?
For model number GFE27GMDDES
Hello Brian, Thank you for the question. After it goes through the Drain Tube and Valve (I suggest checking for a blockage) PartSelect Number PS12344758, it drains into the Drain pan PartSelect Number PS8758506. Hope this helps!
