Hi Regis, Thank you for your question. Here is some information that may assist you in verifying if you install the tub assembly correctly, "1- Unplug the washer and turn off the water supply. Dissasemble the front and top panel of your washer and remove the V-belt connecting the pulley on the back of the drum to the drive motor. 2- We recommend having a second person around for this job, as the parts can be quite heavy. Remove the screws holding the stator motor wire clamps to the drum housing and disconnect the ground wire with a nut driver. Undo the drive shaft bolt in the center of the assembly with a socket wrench, and have your assistant hold the inside of the drum while you do so. 3- Remove the stator. Undo the bolts keeping the stator armature to the drum housing with a socket wrench, support the bottom and pull the armature off the drum housing carefully. 4- Take off all hoses and wire connections leading to the drum housing, and undo the bolts securing any counterweights to the front of the drum and remove the weights. Disconnect the shock absorbers and suspension springs, then lift the drum housing out and lay it face down on large wooden blocks. 5- Remove the bolts keeping the top half of the housing to the bottom half with a socket wrench. Separate these halves and remove the old rubber seal from the groove on the flange. Turn over the inner housing and use penetrating oil around the inner lip of the bearing on the drive shaft; let it stand 15 minutes. 6- Position the flat side of a wooden plank on top of the driveshaft and use a hammer to get the driveshaft and inner tub to drop out. Lift up the inner half to reveal the drive shaft connected to the inner tub by the spider. 7- Clean it if needed and move the tub to one side. Place the outer half of the tub housing on the blocks and lever the bearing seal out using a flat-head screwdriver. Clean out any rust and use penetrating oil around the bearing's outer edge, then let it stand for 15 minutes, then turn the housing over and repeat this on the inner bearing. 8- Clean up any leftover oil and use lubricant around the outer face of both new drum bearings. Insert the outer bearing into the cavity and use a rubber mallet to help line it up. Turn the housing over and do the same with the inner bearing. 9- Line up the inner drum with the shaft and the hole in the bearing seal, and lower it carefully until it fits in. Insert the new rubber drum housing seal into the groove inside the outer housing's rim and lower the upper half in place. 10- Put the bolts back in, install the drum housing, and reassemble your machine by reversing the procedures outlined."
