The outer glass of my lower oven is shattered. Is part 121 the stainless steel trim and glass?

I have GE oven model jb870sf2ss and wish to purchase stainless steel lower main door
Is this part ( manufacturer part number wb56x20026 ) the complete door itself including handle or just part of the door?
if it is the completed door, is it fully assembled and ready to be swapped out?
