This burner drip bowl, also referred to as a drip pan or burner pan, is a genuine OEM replacement part that is designed to fit ranges. The bowl is located beneath the burner where it catches food particles and other items that may fall during the cooking process. It prevents these substances from making contact with and potentially damaging the burner or cooktop surface. Each bowl has a diameter of 8 inches. It also comes with a chrome finish that gives the bowl a sleek and modern appearance, helps to protect the bowl from corrosion, and makes it easier to wipe off spills and drips.

It was the correct part which was good.
Two of the burner bowls were bent and dented. They were only sent in a shipping bag. With no packing of any kind. They should have been sent in a box where they would have been safe with packing material. Chrome burner bowls fit well. But I am not satisfied with the packaging .I have used them anyway.

fits great and an easy fix
The part fits great. easy fix THE problem is shipping cost almost as much as the part. I mail A LOT of packages to my family out of State and really do not pay as much as I was charged for this piece.

Part select vs GE
The parts arrived the next day. Fit was perfect. The same parts that I ordered from GE I ordered from you 10 days after I ordered from GE. Twenty one days later GE has not shipped them, I have tried to cancel the order on days 10 and 14 to no avail. Their response is return them when you receive them. Still nothing. Keep up your good work.

We had been searching for burner bowls for our GE range (10+ years old) and could not find replacements for them. I found the burner bowls we needed on partselect.com . I was able to easily place the order and the burner bowls were delivered to me the next day.
No repair necessary, but the service was excellent!
When I pulled out the bake element, one of the two wires disconnected inside the stove.
I had to pull out the stove. This was difficult since the stove was stuck on a refinished floor. Then remove a back cover and hook up the wire. I then had to re-level the stove. It all turned out great.
No repairs, really-just replacement, but I have been looking for the burners for three and one half years, and PartSelect had exactly what I needed for this old stove! Theyalso had the electric element that I bought in the next order.
The support brackets on one of the burner coils had broken. Also needed new burner pans
I removed the broken coil, took out the old burner pan, put in the new burner pan, and plugged in the new coil. Worked like a dream! Replacing the other burner pans went just as smoothly.

This is in regards to part#
WB31K10266 drip pan.
What is the exact diameter of this pan? It says 8", but mine measures
10 3/4". But this says it's a compatible replacement.
For model number JB256DM1WW
Hello Becky, Thank you for your inquiry. The bowl fits into an 8 inch hole on the stove top and allows the 8 inch burner coil to fit into it. It does not include the measurement of the flat rim going around the edge of the bowl, which does bring the diameter to 10 3/4 inches. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
