How can i test for whether the upper microswitch (part 127) the switch micro monitor (#128) or the lower microswitch stand on (part 129) has gone bad?

Thank you for your question. You would test those switches with a multi meter. They should read 0 ohms if they are working correctly. Anything higher than that and you will have to replace the switch. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

My microwave keeps tripping my breaker when i try to start it. Do you no why?

Hi Adrian,
Thank you for your question. If the microwave keeps tripping the breaker, there may be too many items plugged into the same circuit causing an overload. The microwave should have a dedicated circuit. If the microwave already has a dedicated circuit, then a part inside the microwave may be defective causing the breaker to trip. Some parts that may cause this could be the fuse, the magnetron, the diode, the door switches or possibly the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Are micro switches 127 and 128 both normally closed or is one normally closed and the other normally open? I have one switch that measures closed with the button depressed and the other is closed but opens with the button pressed. Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for your question. In order to know if everything is working properly you will need to test them. You would test those switches with a multi meter.
