PULSATOR-CAP

The pulsator cap we ordered twice from your company has now broken both times after just a few loads of wash. I have requested a refund on the first order and have not heard anything back from your company. The prongs broke off and the cap is not staying in place. I thought I would try your product one more time but the second one we received broke the same way. The serial number was the same as the original one on our Samsung washer so it should of worked the same. I am requesting a refund on both orders ASAP.

Part is an injection molded part, has a chrome like finish. Pricey part over $17 for what it is. When searching for the part is was the first part to appear on the list for Samsung washer, make me think this is a common repair needed on Samsung washer.

The part worked and my appliance is working well. However it is a pretty cheesy plastic part.

Part arrived broken. Called customer service. Insisted on washer serial number and model number which is on the back of the washer. Very hard for an elderly person to obtain. Gave it to them and have not heard a word from them for several weeks and no new part. Not a happy customer.??

I received the part I. An envelope with no padding to protect it. The part had 2 tabs broken off which rendered it useless.

A previous service tech made the repair to the drum several months ago. (From a recall) Shortly after the pulsator cap came off. Tabs broke. Easy to fix, so I did not make claim for the previous drum service company.
