We have a 10 year old LG refrigerator that we love. One of the crisper drawers got broken. I called LG to replace. They didn’t have it but gave me the product number and said it was readily available online, so I Googled the part number and ordered from the site with the best price. The drawer arrived promptly, but it was the wrong one. Tried again, different site, same result. I figured out the part number had changed over the years so I was getting random parts that had no connection to my refrigerator. Finally, my search turned up PartSelect. I ordered from them, and the perfect drawer arrived promptly, for a fair price, and, finally, all is right in my world.
