My lower dishrack is broken. Is this part # p58737395 (mfgr. Part # 00770545) the correct part to replace it? I was not sure what "assembly" meant.

I need to replace my upper and lower dishracks. The latches that hold the lower rack in place also are broken. Can you confirm which part numbers to order for this? Series number FD910900130

Specific model is SHE3AR52UC/14. Looking for lower crockery rack. Lookup tool says PartSelect Number PS8737395/Manufacturer Part Number 00770545 fits - but picture doesn't match existing rack (no front handle).
Please provide the width and length. Existing lower rack: Width 52.3 cm, 20 5/8"; Length: 51.5 cm; 20 1/4".
