Will part number 308 senor cause broiler not to heat up, oven works ok. The broil element will not heat up it is not the broil element .

Hello Charlene, thank you for inquiring. Yes, replacing this Sensor part PS8729847 for your model may fix that symptom. You may also want to consider the Relay Board part PS8732347 for your model. We hope this helps.

Oven heating temp not turning off at set temp/overheating
Removed the wall oven to access temp probe connector strapped to the back of the oven. removed 2 screws holding probe inside the oven & replaced. Searched for the "fixing kit" thermostat part I was suggested to replace along with the probe. No thermostat type part was found in my oven, even though Bosch says it fits "somewhere". Reinstalled the wall oven & tested. The temperature is working normal now. Will return the fixing kit.
