This part latches into the door catch, located on the front of your dryer, when the door is closed. The door latch and door catch work together to ensure the dryer door remains closed for the entire drying cycle. If your latch is broken or worn out the door on your dryer may not close properly, or may not close at all. This replacement part is approximately 1.25 inches long and 1 inch wide.

How can I reverse the door swing? How do you remove the door catch without breaking it?
