I am looking for the rubber pad that is inserted into the stovetop grates, one at each corner. I do not know if it is called a bumper or a foot. On mine, the piece is approximately 3/8" long and the "plug" end is a solid cylinder of rubber. The one online I saw was pointed--not the same. Can you help?

We have a cooktop and have lost a rubber foot, i can’t tell if this is the model of rubber foot i need to buy as a replacement. I have a Bosch ngm cooktop, i am not sure of which number follows the ngm, but i am hoping they are the same regardless. Can you let me know?

Hello Bradford, thank you for your question. I was able able to find two different rubber grate feet under the NGM models. Grate foot (rubber foot) Part Number: PS8712121, and Rubber feet - kit of 4 (rubber foot) Part Number: PS11728745. The set of 4 kit (pt # PS8712121) are all rubber, whereas the other ones have a metal casing around the rubber foot. I hope this helps!

I have lost 2 of my grate's rubber feet. Do I need to add any sort of glue when replacing them or will they simple slip in?

I have a Bosch oven and I'm looking for replacement feet for the 3 stovetop grates. The numbers on the grates are 3165707 and 708. Can you help with the right feet? I've tried two others without any luck.

The feet on my Thermador grates are made only of rubber. I have seen this part that with a brass insert, which does not look like it will work with my model (series 4). Does your part have the brass insert or not?
