Not sure if this is the tube that sends the water to the middle and upper spray arms? If not do you know what part # it might be

Does the tube come with the spray arms, I am missing the top spray arm, can I buy it separately, is there a part number for it?

Thank you for the question. Yes the tube is separate from the spray arms. The top arm is PS8704489.
