Since there isn't an image, i can't tell if this is what i need. Our bottom rack is missing so many small pieces and wheels, you can't fit what you should be able to. Is this a complete new bottom rack? Is it returnable if not what i need?

The bottom rack in my dishwasher is so rusted it has started to stain my dishes. The manual says if parts rust they will replace. Will this rack fit my dishwasher. Also the dishwasher allays has an awful odor. I take the filter out and clean regularly, sometimes the water does not drain out completely. Help
