I ordered 2 parts with the help of representative. One of them glass plate - was perfect, fit nice; another part - was not the right part, though representative was helping me to place the order. We had my fridge diagram to look at. , I was reassured, since he ws helping me to place the order, the company would cover return shipment in case of part being wrong. Did not happened. In order for me to return it, I need to pay for shipment back. Planning to call company management .
