Hi Dennis, Thank you for your question. If the drain pump is constantly running, there may still be water on the bottom under the cavity. This water will need to be wiped up with either a cloth, sponge or paper towel. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Hi Klas, Thank you for your question. Based on what you described, it could be the water inlet valve. There are some other parts that you will need to check as well. You should check the electronic control board, the door latch, the thermistor and the switches, to see if they are working correctly. You will need to test the parts with a multimeter.
