Hi Nadia, Thank you for your question. You will need to unsnap and remove the door cover to expose the back of the door cover. You will then need to remove the screws securing the hook to remove it. Hi Jane, Thank you for your question. To remove the door cover, use a small flathead screwdriver and insert it into the seam on the corner of the door and gently run it along the seam on the top edge. This should allow you to open the top seam. Then gently run the screwdriver down the side seam of the door. This should allow you open the side seam and allow you to remove the door panel. With the door panel removed, unthread the screws securing the hook and remove it. Then install the new hook and snap the door panel back into place. We hope this helps! For the door lock mechanism, we find there is a Mechanical Lock ( small blue plastic piece with a hole in it) part PS8725810. There is also the Latch part PS8747158 which is located on the inside frame of the front panel with the door opened. And, the Latch Cover PS11771120.
