Machine is vibrating and making a thumping sound during the spin cycle like its not balanced.

Hi Jackie, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Rod and Spring Assembly, PartSelect Number PS8690656.These rods and springs prevent the drum from thumping around and keep it balanced. Hope this helps!
