Hello, have a Frigidaire refrigerator that is appear the starter relay, pt# 218721103, has failed. I was getting a burning odor off and on and upon moving the unit i found the relay shows melting. Just wondering if it could just be the relay or the whole compressor unit that caused this. Thanks john

There is a red wire and a white wire that go into this part. Do the wires come with this or do I remove the existing wires from the defective part and reattach to the new part?
